Meet Nick & Tara

Nick & Tara Marler own and operate Pest Pro located in Ankeny, Iowa. Nick is a member of the Iowa Pest Management Association and NPMA. Nick has lived in Ankeny his entire life and continues to live here because this city provides a great community to raise our children and has many options for entertainment and recreation. Tara has worked in health care for over 20 years and in 2022 decided to go part time to help with our growing business. Nick & Tara have three children together. In their free time they enjoy spending time with their children, attending their activities and traveling. 

Nick came from a family of entrepreneurs and knew he would continue down that path. After Nick graduated college, he began to work for a large franchise pest control company. Nick knew that the large franchises were not for him so Pest Pro was born. We are certified and use the same products. The difference in a large franchise company and Pest Pro is us! We take pride in quality not quantity. We are honest, reliable and professional 100% of the time.  We support our community we live in by volunteering and giving back to local organizations and charites. We take pride in providing the best service and care to our community.
